This isn't your basic ground beef chili, friends. We're talking premium Nannas Farm Belted Galloway beef chunks that literally melt in your mouth. Those beautiful black-and-white "oreo cows" don't just look good - they taste INCREDIBLE.

- 500g grass finished mince
- 500g diced beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 red capsicum, diced
- I added 3 finely sliced Brussels sprouts (def non trad)
- 2 chipotle chilies, diced. And their adobe sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can tinnedtomatoes
- 1 tbsn unsweetened cocoa (classic Mexican-it works)
- 2 can rinsed black beans, or your fave bean
- Grated cheddar, crème fraiche,diced avo, corn chips to serve
- Brown beef in batches. Set aside
- Saute onions, then add garlic, capsicum and sprouts. Sauté til soft
- Add all ingredients plus s+p and 1 can water. Simmer for 2hrs
- Appreciate the Smokey aroma in the kitchen!
- Serve with cheddar etc
