Our Premium Steak Box brings together a hand-selected mix of our best cuts from cattle raised the traditional way — 3 years slow-grown on Southern Highlands pasture, with no shortcuts. Belted Galloways are known for exceptional marbling and depth of flavour, and this box is built to showcase exactly that.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Belted Galloway beef compare to Angus and other breeds?
An angus beef producer once told me - you'll know if you're eating wagyu (due to the price haha), and tbh angus vs hereford or others all are similar. You'll know if you're eating beltie beef as it has some of the tenderness, flavour and marbling of wagyu without the high fat (nor price tag).
What's in the box?
As Nannas Farm honours each animal by following nose to tail practices, each box includes a variety of cuts. Total weight is 5-6kgs.
There will be :
- 2-3 premium steaks (eg rib eye, eye fillet, or maybe some "butchers cuts" eg hanger steak which most ppl haven't heard of but is superb) about 700g
- About 1.5kg of secondary cuts eg chuck, brisket
- the balance will be gluten free snags and flavoursome mince
How will I receive my order?
We ship via a certified cold chain logistics courier. The beef comes cryovaced fresh (much better than frozen) in approx 500g segments.
If no one is home, it will be left in a secure location. It should be refrigerated ASAP but is packaged to be food safe outside for 8 hrs from time of delivery.
When will I receive my order?
To ensure we honour the entire animal by selling it all as fresh beef, we take orders 3-4 weeks prior to dispatch. So you should receive your yummy beltie in about 1 month.
Are there shipping charges?
All orders above $200 are shipped for free where ever we ship in Australia.
Orders below $200 have a flat $20 shipping charge, anywhere in Australia.
Where do we ship in Australia?
The cold chain courier we use can deliver to most of the Eastern seaboard, from SEQ to Melbourne incl many regional areas.
